1. Return Eligibility
- Time Frame: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return, replacement, refund or exchange.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags, accessories, and manuals intact. Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible.
- Proof of Purchase: Keep your order confirmation email or receipt and a video snap while receiving and unpacking the package.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or personalization reasons, including:
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Perishable goods (e.g., certain electronics with limited shelf life).
- Intimate apparel, swimwear, or underwear (even if unused).
- Digital downloads, software, or gift cards once accessed or activated.
- Clearance or final-sale items (marked as such at checkout).
- Change of mind may not be eligible for certain products.
3. Return Process
- Contact Us: Log in to your account or email support@meem-uae.online within 14 days of delivery. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return (e.g., wrong size, defective).
- Approval: We’ll review and send a Return Authorization confirmation and instructions within 2 business days.
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item with the order number visible.
- Drop Off: Return via couriers or drop at our warehouse.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds: Processed within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds go to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, Google Pay). Original shipping fees are non-refundable; return shipping (if applicable) is deducted from the refund.
- Exchanges: If stock is available, we can exchange for the same item in a different size/color at no extra cost (excluding shipping).
- Defective Items: Full refunds or replacements at our expense, no time limit within warranty period. Contact us immediately with photos/videos.
